Declaration by the management of “Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd. regarding the Quality policy

The quality policy of “Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd. is based on the tasks faced by the management - implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17021.

The main activity of “Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd.is the attestation of construction products and this defines the priorities in the policy and the strategy of the management  - satisfaction of the customer’s requirements, high level of professionalism, uncompromised application of the requirements of the European criteria for impartiality, honesty and loyalty. In its pursuit to develop qualified, intellectual and highly responsible activity in accordance with international standards, the company relies on the following principals: - customer orientation, understanding of his needs and requirements, potential to offer more than expected; - strong management ensuring unity of the objectives and course for development and clear regulations in the activity of the company; - commitment of the personnel, involving employees of different areas for cooperation of skills and abilities; - process oriented approach, to ensure good interaction between activities and resources; - systematic approach of management of the interrelated processes, that contributes for effectiveness and efficiency for achievement of the company goals; -objective approach based on facts, analysis, data and information for management decision making; -continuous improvement in all areas of activity - objective, drive and ongoing tasks; -mutually beneficial relations with all customers of the company.  

“Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd., its top-level management and the personnel responsible for carrying out the third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of  performance will not be the designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer, purchaser, owner, user or maintainer of the construction products which it assesses, nor the authorized representative of any of those parties.

“Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd., its top-level management and the personnel responsible for carrying out the third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of performance will not become directly involved in the design, manufacture or construction, marketing, installation, use or maintenance of those construction products, nor will represent the parties engaged in those activities. They will not engage in any activity that may conflict with their independence of judgement and integrity related to the activities for which they have been notified. “Dedal – Attestation and Certification” Ltd. will ensure that activities of its subsidiaries or subcontractors do not affect the confidentiality, objectivity and impartiality of its assessment and/or verification activities.
